-LPU Weekend, first giveaway in trial chat, when I’ve answered Adam’s question even before he finished it
-receiving my prize from that giveaway - poster from Red Square show, where i was, and - after more than 3 month of waiting - LPUX package
-LPU chat with Mike while he recording for iHeart LP Radio, when I was banned for asking Mike to wish happy birthday to Ekzzozo
-LPU 11 start and renewing membership + CD
Hope I’ll add M&G and/or Summit to this list someday…
My favorite LPU memories are for sure my two M&G’s! I won a M&G at my first LPU year and I was very happy! I mean, some people are members for many many years and never get the chance to meet the band and I get the chance at my first LPU year and just half a year later I get the chance to meet them again at the LPU Summit in Hamburg! So cool!

-Getting my first LPU package on Valentine’s Day - I decided LP loved me, and they were my Valentine that year. I was 17, I feel I was permitted some bit of Linkie Bopper-ness, lol.
-M&G 2007 on Projekt Revolution - Chester said I was rad!
-and of course the hours of entertainment and making friends on the old MB.
Oh my god, I literally just wrote a blog post about when I called Mike and played him Nyan Cat… and I went on the forums and this was the first thread I saw hahaha

Some of my favorite moments in the LPU include:
- First getting the package in LPU8 thinking it was Songs from the Underground, as Best Buy screwed up, and being completely confused by the Mmm… Cookies CD
- Talking to Mike on the phone for the iHeartradio channel, then mind blanking and having nothing to ask
- Sitting in LPU chat a day before my first band chat because I didn’t know how they worked and was worried there’d be too many people to join (which was actually a problem back then)
- My first Meet & Greet last summer
- Some of my early memories of the old chat. I didn’t really visit often but I remember someone I talked to sorta often named mofus that I never saw again since LPU9. I also re-met @b_rox2lp_90 who had designed a logo for my crappy Linkin Park fansite before I joined LPU
- When the chat was still active. This isn’t another repeated stab at the chat going “it isn’t what it used to be!” again, I just really miss it. A lot of the people that hung out there aren’t even members anymore
Mod Roulette: When the LPU chat was glitchy and made whoever was in chat first a moderator, we would all reload the chat at once and see who got it.
Hearts: Tons of people in chat on a normal day, making hearts.
The Last of the Trial Chat: In LPUX, there was a week where LPU had a free trial (different than what it is now) where there was a separate chat. After it ended, some of us were still in the chat so @dragonlp20 (or is his account on the forums @dan_g?) had us play a quiz to see who gets banned from the chat. Whoever was wrong or answered last was booted.
Talking to Myself: Me alone in chat when it wasn’t a normal occurrence. @purrfect had to come and run my good times

Well, I don’t have so many great moments on LPU as you guys, but I have one special memorie that LPU gave me. And it was meet the band on a M&G two years ago. Many of you knows how does it feel to meet someone who you waited so long… It feels awesome! I was so happy and anxious… Was the best sensation ever!
Of course being at the first show LP did in Brazil is something that will be in my memorie forever, but at that time I wasn’t in the LPU, so I guess it doesn’t counts… 
- My first LPU chat
- My question being featured in the Anniversary Edition of the LPU newsletter
- Having fun in the chat room with other poopies (way before the site and everything died)
- Being in the chat alone and having Mike pop in for a surprise chat and getting to chat with him for a couple of minutes without interruptions
Greatest memories of all though is being able to finally meet the boys after many years of waiting for it to happen and getting to meet in person a few of other LPU members I’ve been talking to online for years.
