I thought that I was getting there but something snapped in me tonight and I wrote this

When I first heard about what happened I hoped that it was fake
Then I saw it for myself and I didn’t want to believe it was true
I couldn’t control the feelings that welled up inside of me
I got a lump in my throat and my heart broke, the tears began to flow

And now an empty hole remains
It can never be filled
Now your gone I feel a void
It’s not getting easier
I feel i’ve lost a piece of my soul
The place in my heart that you touched
Now your gone there is a void
And now there is an empty hole

I thought I was slowly coming to terms of what’s happened
It still hurts as much as it did when I first heard the news
I can’t shake the feeling like there is nothing but an empty hole
I smile on the outside but can’t help what’s going on inside

It is same here, emotional flash-backs and the hole- plopping up and, yeah- the tears flow cs it fu***** hurts… you express my feels with your lyrics- awesome Ace :cry:

I wish I could express myself with the ease that you do
I’ve attempted writing something like this and end up frustrated :confused:
So thank you for writing in words the emotions we can relate to at the moment
