I’m the one who wrote the post that @jrtrussell has shared.
I didn’t get any response from LPU team, they just keep telling me ‘you have to contact someone else not me’.
I’m pretty sure that I made contacts with at least 4 staffs and all of them told me that they are not in charge :frowning:

But for me, it seems working well right now.
I bought a few digital albums since then.
Maybe sometimes it works while sometimes it doesn’t.
Oh, and please make sure you have subscribed the membership :slight_smile:
