Hey guys.
So when i bought the first pre sale tickets, it said the transaction failed but then it took the money off my account. Now it also says that the tickets are bought… So now i have 6 tickets in stead of 4. Iwould really like to cancle the first order of two… How do i do that.

I have the problem that i got no tickets but the money went of my account.
have a look in your orders tab not in the tickets tab.
