2 thin ones. A vest and a short sleeve shirt, but then again I’m still at home. outside I put a coat over the shirt and that’s it

Do you hate people who don’t know how to walk properly even though they are capable?
By that I mean people who block a whole pavement or stupid mums with prams who don’t move over when coming towards you even though you did and they had more than enough space to move over so you can both pass but instead run you off the pavement.
