They’re one of the same thing
Pots are a group of songs
Seeds are also a group of songs
Seeds however are what level a song is
So in this case Seed 1 are all 1st place finishers and the best 5th place finisher
Seed 2 all 2nd place finishers and the best 6th place finisher
Seed 3 all 3rd place and the best 2 voted songs during play-offs
Seed 4 all 4th place and the other 2 songs that won play-off matches

The groups are now done
I did the best I could and 1 group has two songs from the same album that will face off
But over all everything turned out pretty well

All fixtures in a group will face-off all at once
