Yeah, I too have been wondering who is making the speech at the very beginning. Like Antoine Pandobox Morin said above, I also get the impression that is some African dictator speech. Hopefully someone will help us out here lol

I would agree that its not a band member… the dictator thing matches with the lyrics so…

I really can’t understand, what he’s saying. But it sounds like pdigin English for me. Sound like an african guy.
