hmmm… the venue in my town where LP will be coming doesn’t do their tickets directly through ticketmaster, so when I heard nothing from them, I just decided to give it more time. Two days after receiving my digital copies of the tickets (because the tickets in my town’s arena are done through FlashSeats), I received an email from the arena itself with the codes to redeem my free copies of the album. Not sure if this is helpful in any way, but I felt the need to mention it.
I would try to contact them again, maybe linking to that Facebook post if you hadn’t before. Maybe you just got in touch with someone that didn’t know what was going on. Otherwise, you can try to contact LPU support at LPUHQ@LPUNDERGROUND.COM
