I like everyone who makes random funny stuff and puts a new spin on everyday things. For eg: the one you posted is very simple and known concept but adding the ‘free hugs’ element makes it funnier.
We need more jokes.

I think you’ll find the paper had every intention of murdering the rock, the rock’s sign was written on a piece of paper.

I beg to differ. I propose that the rock wanted to die. It must know that an embrace from the paper would kill it, yet clearly asks for the hug anyways.
However, from the images it doesn’t seem like the rock has any legs, and, with that short wingspan, could not put the sign around him by himself. This could be the work of someone trying to take out the rock knowing that the rock could do nothing to stop them. Like the first theory, the paper is an unwilling participant in the murder.
We could go further into the second theory however and consider if the paper was the one who made the sign and is just acting out some kinda sick fantasy.
However you look at it, it leaves many questions unanswered.

Perhaps it was orchestrated by the scissors, with the rock out of the equation, nothing would beat it.

Scissor was killed by stone and the budding friendship between paper and stone came to an unexpected end with the hug. Paper lives but now is the only one who can wipe others’ tears. This is a sad story.

The lesson here is: hugs are fatal. Please follow government guidelines and refrain from hugging others when a virus is on the loose.
