Max brightness is where it’s at. I don’t get how people can work with or see dim screens. Funnily enough, none of that post applies to my mum’s phone.
This is my screen brightness literally all the time:
I don’t understand how people can see their screens though, especially outside in the sun. I have to really squint when my screen is dimmed. I only dim it right after I wake up because the max brightness sears my retinas when I first switch it on.
Bulgarian goes one better, we don’t even have a ‘the’ in the language as far as I know. The ‘the’ is implied with the suffix on the word.
The article ‘a’ and ‘the’ are mostly implied in Polish. That’s why I often hesitate what should be used in English (although I generally know the rule).
The above is more about the declension of this/these - the words that indicate something specific.
It should be changed to “a long time ago there was a stupid fisherman.”
That would render the fourth panel useless thereby killing the joke. Maybe this would be the beginning of another comic strip when there is a better punchline.
Did this man catch a bong along with the fish?
Maybe that’s why it spoke to him?
Obviously it’s a joke, but can people really not distinguish between a dog and hyena these days?
The biggest joke in this picture is ‘the gaming chair’ . Gaming chairs are an overpriced gimmick and for some reason are always styled to look like a bucket seat. If you want a bucket seat so badly, go buy a real bucket seat and mount it on some wheels. It’d probably end up being cheaper. lol
