another question - answer thing

Tell everyone about the shows that you’ve attended! How much? how was it? Where and when was your first concert etc

  1. May 27th 2007 in Hamburg Germany, MTM Promo Tour
  2. January 16th 2008 in Hannover Germany, MTM European Winter Tour
  3. February 28th 2010 in Hamburg Germany, Dead By Sunrise World Tour
  4. October 26th 2010 in Dortmund Germany, ATS World Tour (M&G!)
  5. October 27th 2010 in Cologne Germany, ATS World Tour

I’ve had tickets for the Hamburg show on october 29th 2010 and for the LPU summit in Hamburg on June 21th 2011 but could not go because of strong illness -.- …

Ok…I’ve been to 3 shows! All of them were special.

  1. 25.06.08 - Athens, Greece → first time they came to my country. After years of waiting I finally got to see them live! My dream came true that day.

  2. 21.07.09 - Athens, Greece → almost a year after the 1st time I saw them but this one was even more special cause I finally got to meet my LPU buddies. We decided to go to the concert together and since then we’ve been having our own little meetings every once in a while. It;s really amazing.

  3. 27.10.10 - Cologne, Germany → This one was special cause 27/10 is my dad’s bday I got him the perfect gift. Tickets to an LP show (He’s a huge fan). Not only that, it was amazing just to travel for the concert. It was tiring but totally worth it.

All these shows and yet no meet and greet. :frowning: That’s what’s left for me; to finally get to meet them all.

Been to only 3 shows, but they were all amazing! :smiley:

  1. Nottingham Arena, UK (Jan 08) - Was my first ever gig! I could only get seated tickets at the time which sucked big time, but never the less LP Amazed like they always do!

  2. Milton Keynes National Bowl, Projekt Revolution! (June 08) - Easily the best gig I have ever been too and probably will always be. Got to see Enter Shikari and Pendulum too, which was an amazing bonus!.

  3. Birmingham LG Arena, UK (Sept 10) - Got M&G!!! Got my LPU9 shirt signed by them all and spoke to Chester briefly :P, then shook Mike’s hand :slight_smile:

  1. April 22, 2001 - Woodlands, TX, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion (Not sure if this tour had a name…)
  2. August 02, 2003 - Houston, TX, Reliant Stadium (Summer Sanitarium, part of Live in Texas!!)
  3. February 26, 2004 - Houston, TX, Toyota Center (Meteora Tour, my first show in the PIT!)
  4. August 22, 2004 - Woodlands, TX, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion (Projekt Revolution Tour, I only got to see them twice that year because the 24th is my birthday!)
  5. August 5, 2007 - Woodlands, TX, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion (Projekt Revolution 2007, THE ONLY SOLD OUT SHOW ALL TOUR! I can still remember how bad the whole venue was shaking during Faint, the band said their db meter was a magnitude higher than it had been on the entire tour. This was also my first meet & greet, I got my ORIGINAL (not re-issue, not bootleg) copy of Hybrid Theory EP signed. Joe actually made it a point to check to see if it had his name was mispelled when someone in line mentioned it might be the fake. The band was impressed.)
  6. March 02, 2011 - Dallas, TX, American Airlines Center (Was going to college in Dallas at the time, went with two friends and kicked ass! ATS!!)

Can’t wait for the 2012 tour. I’ve got enough cash this time around that I may do all the Texas shows!

I have been just to 2 Linkin Park’s shows: 02/11/10 live in Frankfurt and 26/06/11 Sonisphere festival in Imola (Italy) :slight_smile:
buuut, i can say that i have been to one of their 5 Summit, i’ve been to the Summit in Hamburg [razz]
