Some words from a non-musician:
There are songs who are really good, and they sound so professional, that I would pay for it. But other songs sound very amateurish. Of course it’s a pitty for all, who didn’t make it. But at least the top 10 selection is not too bad, because it’s a contest for all LPU members. And not every fan who is in a band, has already big experience or has even made a record. And that might be the reason for the jury (who ever that is), to pick some entries from professional fans and some entries from amateurish fans, just to represent all LPU members and give everybody a chance.
Btw: May favourite song is from Thelionohmy. I already checked more stuff of them via their website. They are awesome!
