Slept outside last night because the night sky is breath taking. Soooo many stars and the milky way and we easily saw about 40 shooting stars.

I love this! Sleeping outside/camping is probably the one thing I miss the most about Greece, my summers as a kid (till about age 18) were spent with YMCA in the wild. It’s amazing!

It is! I can’t even really describe that feeling of being surrounded by an amazing sky at night…
i feel close to the universe (that doesn’t really make sense but that’s what it is)

I’ve slept outside with no tent/shelter a handful of times with the Scouts. My first time was during an ordeal for a society within the Boy Scouts of America. We all woke up the next morning to pouring rain. I just remember waking up, running into the lean-to where everybody else was, and watching the kids that were still sleeping and getting soaked.

The calf is only a few days old, we saw how it was born.(at night) The atmosphere was so special, even the birds in the stable were out of their mind, flying around like crazy.
