I feel like nobody actually goes to winterfest, the organisers just stick mannequins in the pit and hope the bands don’t realise there’s nobody there. Certainly feels like that on this side when they’re dead still and silent.

I think winterfest has some of the worst crowds I’ve ever seen.

I personally feel it’s a lack of appreciation and that people just go to go. Like, they don’t really have any connection with the music, or don’t want to get into it, they just want to be there to say they went and that’s it. If I was to go to a show, I would participate and really get into the music and atmosphere around me. I’d be there to enjoy myself and have fun, not be a stick in the mud, lol.
