What are you listening to this minute? Just curious

Can’t here now

You know dear @birdy1989
people call me religious which would imply i grew that way but they deny to check the math that made me make a turn.
so i call myself a scientist and them the religious ones!

I think my math is not too hard to understand and then i call them guilty for failing to do so.
anyway…

There are two ways of looking at others’ problems, one is to sympathize and the other to empathize.
empathizing implies by definition that you get into someone’s shoes before you dare move things around in their emotional house.
others tend to be careless because of not really listening.

But it comes with a catch and it is what you described so i had to jump in to do my part in helping a helper.
Although you pick up small gifts from each one you help (like Peter Petrelli in heroes) you also take their pain because you want to take it from them.

If you don’t find a limit to that it will keep eating you and make you
well…
like me!

it turns out that if you care so much that you are in fact selfless when you hear someone share their heart then you end up becoming their mirror of truth.
mirrors of truth hurt, some will run, some will even try to break it.

i can tell you that the pain you receive is permanent and all you need to do is find ways to release it.
we meet in the LPU, so i know you got the music box checked
and i hope you have a dog to walk in the woods because for me that is box No2 (or 1)
a boyfriend helps (in your case, a girl in mine) if he/she is selfless too.
if not, you must study yourself so you can give him the tools to not be a further burden when your glass is overfilled.

You are already pulling a tsunami of pain towards you like a magnet and you already hold the key to how to treat your depression as you stated above.
by fighting it out of others!

i know the backlash… but it is never stronger than the shot!
did you also realize you get affected unconsciously by others’ moods when they enter the room or not just yet?

i’ve made a playlist with some things that helped me
empathy is to selflessly care aka mirror and mirroring pain brings it in.

see…
ain’t that … math?

honored to meet you warrior!
The list is called “INFP manuals” because empathy requires observation and INFJs have that J at the end that makes it a little harder.
but they try…

pasting the link at video 12/41
the more light of understanding of yourself fills your “spirit room”, the less the dark it will be in the hard times you were chosen for!
dark is not there paying a visit. it wants to stay.
and you fight it with knowledge on who it is trying to mess with!

knowledge will also sharpen thy blade! (your word)
helping you make sturdier steps in helping others pull out of their mud.
real knowledge is good roots and when the wind blows, only the trees with those will survive.

Thank you so much Anna!!:bouquet: I really feel honored when I read your words.

I guess everybody is much stronger than he thinks. I love what Chester said ones, it became very important for me::rose:

“Everyone in the world is capable of living outside of the role, or beyond the roles that they place themselves in; no matter what it is. You’re not just a dad, you’re not just a banker, you’re not just a brother or a son or a convict. It doesn’t matter, everyone is much bigger, infinitely bigger, than the roles they place themselves in and is capable of reaching potential greater than anything they could imagine. We think we
have a ceiling when it comes to our potential and the truth is that there is no .”

I’m probably a robot lol. @framos1792 is definitely the bat lol. No idea about everyone else. I’m not someone who likens people to animals. :stuck_out_tongue:

Me neither. First I was putting flowers, then I realised that there are not enough so I just took some animals, without thinking to much or taking it any serious, just for fun, because I like animals and it adds a little bit of color to this black and white thing. There is absolutely no meaning behind. But glad you had a laugh.:grin:

I didn’t expect to get a reaction on these animals. I thought the rest in the post had more value.:relaxed:

Wish you a good time :robot: :joy::rofl:
