What are you doing right now?

Meh, then you could have crashed at mine, I’m like a 5 minute walk from the embassy

Good to know for the next time. I hope you’re not a serial killer tho :joy::wink:

Well actually, now that you mention it…
Serial axe murderer is my actual title…

The embassy would have looked after you though, I’m sure. They may be British, but they still end up learning some kiwi generosity!

Crap… Lol, give it two weeks and it’ll feel like this trip was a year ago!!!
Still, once you get home, it’ll be nice to see the water go down the drain the ‘right’ way. :joy::joy::joy:
And you won’t have to worry about earthquakes or tsunamis, or getting sunburn, or watching out for whales

In the native language of NZ, Te Reo Māori, Kia kaha means ‘stay strong’, or ‘be strong, my thoughts are with you’. It’s a phrase we use a lot locally

Oh, we had to suffer 5 year passports for a brief period - luckily our govt saw how stupid that was, and decided that the best thing to do was double validity (back to 10yrs), and double the application price at the same time. But, it’s not like they reduced the price when they reduced the validity in the first place…so yay govt! Otherwise - yeah, we are pretty lucky! Pretty sure my UK passport is 10 years too though.
