I try to explain: you have to log out from LPU forum and go to the main LP site, log in and then go to “my account”, select “manage account” and change your picture; at the end save all! then log in on LPU forum… sometimes it need to be refreshed more than one time to update… 
Hope you’ll understand…I’m not so good at explaining…
