I’m going Sunday in Edmonton and I don’t have tickets yet. Getting stressed now. It says I should receive them tomorrow but I am not banking on that. I’m gonna call ground control.
And now I am hyperventilating because I just got my M&G email too.
I’m suppose to go to see the Edmonton concert on Sept 2nd. I tried to call ground control but can’t get through so I sent an e-mail. I tried to track the tickets but according to USPS I didn’t have the correct international tracking number. I tried ticketmaster but since they were ordered through the LPU they told me they can’t confirm or guarantee tickets at the gate. Until I receive some sort of confirmation from ground control I’m not going to assume that I will be able to pick up my tickets at the gate. It is most definitely not the bands fault, but I no longer trust the pre-sale ticket process. Since we’re going to Edmonton on Sat. And they have a 24 hour cancellation policy at the hotel looks like I’m screwed. I’m not pissed at the band but I hope people going to M&Gs bring this to the bands attention as I don’t think they will be very impressed. Good luck to everyone waiting for their tickets, especially to those who have to (or were suppose to) travel.
I just tried calling Ground Ctrl and it’s all backed up. Thursday afternoon, no tickets and they’re not open on the weekends. This weekend is a long weekend so they won’t be there til the day of if they’re even coming at all but I need to get a ferry to Vancouver. What a major drag, this company is garbage.

I got my email for the M&G as well, but I still have no tickets, and like Brandon mentioned it’s going to be a long weekend so Friday is the last business day before the show.
I had the same problem in Edmonton, Canada. I called the ticket provider, Ground Control, and they put me on a list so that I can pick up my tickets from the box office at the show. Logon to LPunderground, go to “Manage Account” and then look on the left for “Orders”. Note your order number and then call Ground Control support. Look here: http://support.groundctrl.com/ and give them a call, but have your order number before you call.

I am also one of the many waiting for tickets to come. But all we can really do is wait and hope that everyone gets their tickets either today or the day of the show at the very least. But I hope it won’t come to that and I’ll still contact groundctrl and hope that i can get the tickets at the show even if they don’t I’ll still try to get in with a receipt for the tickets, although it is highly unlikely that it will work there is still a chance and that is enough for me to a least try.
Well I called this morning and the support staff told me to bring a receipt and photo ID for pick up at the Box Office. If I go home today and the tickets are there than there are no worries, I’d just have to call Ground Ctrl back and let them know they can take me off the list for the box office pickup.
Kind of a related topic, but does anyone know if they’ll be selling LPU Laminates at the show? I’m taking a friend of mine and we’ll need to get her a laminate for early entry. I’m definitely shooting for front row for this, I’ve been wanting to go see these guys live for a while. Want the full experience!

No tix today for us and we are will need to leave before our mail is delievered on monday to get to the coast in time. We are on this will call list so fingers crossed! No meet and greet email but this is still my 1st ever concert and so excited for it!
My tickets still are not here. I think they have to look at the way they ship tickets.

Phew! I finally got my tickets yesterday (I’m going to the Sept. 5th concert). I contacted Ground Ctrl on Wednesday in almost a complete panic b/c I still hadn’t received my tickets, and just before I went to check my mail yesterday, they replied back saying that I was to receive my tickets on the 4th. Am starting to doubt whether or not ordering pre-sale tickets is a better deal than buying it in person through Ticketmaster (or wherever).
I got my tickets on friday after anxiously waiting for so long! yayyy… Just curious, the ticket says 630, so does that mean the doors open at 630? And what time is early admission for members?! Thanks

@ProjektXero Do you know for sure if we can bring our guitars for the meet 'n greet? I emailed and phoned they said they aren’t sure if we’re allowed in with our guitars. =( Can’t wait but I need to pick up my tickets since I don’t have mine yet!
