I think it broke during the shipping process. If so it’s probably your problem.
But maybe you can return it and they send you another one. Just try it…contact them.

LPUHQ? Could verify this for us and pass some information on how to walk shipments of packages, a survey of all this so far, even to know how is the sending system. It is not that our questions today for LPUHQ are not answered briefly, I would like at least one position for all members.
