@theearlywalker Another thing… I’ve noticed you did indeed change the thread name to something of your liking. It’s trolling and it is basically defacing the serious topic that was created by an individual that takes this matter seriously. I’m reporting your actions, because what you did is flat-out bullshit.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, American or not. Just chill, her changing the title is not a big deal, you can change it as well if you want.
Changing the title to what it was changed to is completely disrespectful to the topic creator, who intended serious discussion and not blatant trolling. I personally tried to figure out how to change it back, but couldn’t.
I understand you’re defending someone that you’re in good relation with in this site, but there really isn’t a defense in this case. The actions of said individual are purely childish regarding this matter.

Ok, it was a bad choice of words and probably unnecessary to change the title, I give you that. But, everyone should be able to express their opinions no matter their backagrounds and where they come from.
You know what, you’re absolutely right. If I could go back and change my statement, I’d rephrase with: You shouldn’t express an opinion about something if you’re unable to do so in a mature, cohesive manner.
Assuming we’re all adults here, I think that statement is fitting.

Changing the title was probably not a good idea, especially for the reason of “because I can”. Just because you don’t agree with the topic at hand, doesn’t mean you can deface it because you have the ability to, and somewhat devalues the integrity of the “regular” status as being people who should be trusted. And I say this as someone who dislikes Trump, as well.
While I might not be who makes the decisions on this, I feel like as long as the conversation is civilized, there’s no reason a topic like this can’t exist, even if the matter is controversial.
That being said, just because someone isn’t American, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t get to have opinions on American politics. America has a lot of influence on the entire world, whether some people like it or not, and while if you don’t live here, you can’t vote for the changes made here, you can still be concerned with what is going on.
I’ve also edited the title back to what I believe it was originally called.

I have previously retracted my old statement on the American politics thing and made a new one.
