Hmm… what’s that? Never had it
It’s origins are german/austrian…a thin piece of veal pounded/tenderised to within an inch of it’s life, breadcrumbed, then fried. But doesn’t have to be veal, can be chicken or pork. Tastes amazing! (Probably because it’s fried…).
Well it’s breadcrumbed and fried, can’t go wrong, though I would not go for the veal, maybe the chicken, then yum!
