Funny story about the internet. In my college the internet is 7ms ping / 105 on the dl / 98 on the ul yet it takes it a solid 15 secs or more to open a single page. My appaling home internet which has a quoted speed of 24 (but is actually 6 on the dl and 0.8 on the ul) is faster than my monsterous college internet. If only I had 100 on the dl
