Honestly, when he said he was in “shock and disbelief” I hope it was just for the sake of the interview. If I bought some dinky TV and got a rifle instead I’d be well happy. I’d just put something long (like a lamp) in the box and tell Amazon that they sent me a lamp instead of a TV.
