I’m just as furious as you are. Well,In the words spoken by Mel Brooks on the classic PBS kids show, “The Electric Company”. “Who’s The Dummy Writing This Show?” But in this case, “Who’s The Dummy Writing And Putting Together These Award Shows?” Honestly they were wrong to not properly honor Linkin Park one final time,and they were wrong to cut the tribute short. And what makes me even madder, to a point where my blood boils, is that they couldn’t give them one last nomination. I sure would’ve voted for them like there was no tomorrow. Would you?

Agreed. The last good one was 2008 when Linkin Park won a well deserved Best Rock Video award for “Shadow Of The Day”. It makes you appreciate the earlier ceremonies from long ago when all genres and all categories were presented. Don’t you think?

Was super angry depressed, but then I was like what did I expect? I still want the band to win and be honored in everything because of how amazing they are. For his powerful voice, their music evolution, and the MANY lives they’ve touched. Whatever, they’re a bunched of heartless people who seem to only care about money and “what’s trending” that second.
I remember voting for them all the time for March Madness and being so proud at the lp fanbase when they won.
I’m keeping my hopes up for the LA memorial. At least there it will be filled with people who actually cared about him. He fucking deserves it all.

Just for the record, I cared about and defended the band since day one, when it came to voting for things like awards,etc. and I too was super angry every time the heartless haters wasted their vote on someone else. We now have the Loudwire awards where we have one last chance to vote for him as best vocalist. And I am gonna need everyone’s help to make sure he wins.
