The story of your life (by LP)
Is there a LP song which tells your story or at least a very significant part of it?
Surely each of us can identify with many songs, but I’m asking about THE ONE song…
Changed my mind, it’s 26 Lettaz In Da Alphabet! [mrgreen]

PNB’ jellyfish

Well for me its
somewhere I belong &
numb

But today I feel like not doing any laundry [mrgreen]
But today I feel like not doing any laundry [mrgreen]

Let me apologize to begin with
Let me apologize for what I’m about to say
But trying to be genuine was harder than it seemed
And somehow I got caught up in between
Let me apologize to begin with
Let me apologize for what I’m about to say
But trying to be someone else was harder than it seemed
And somehow I got caught up in between …
Between my pride and my promise
Between my lies and how the truth gets in the way
The things I want to say to you get lost before they come…

In Between… Oh yes, that’s the story of my life!

Easier to Run

It’s kind of a toughy for me between “In the End” and "Easier to Run ". Because They are just those stand out songs in my life. I can live by the lyrics of both songs. But the ones that always get me are these from Easier to Run: “Wounds so deep they never show, they never go away”

Bubbles. I’m dead seriuos

Breaking The Habit.

If I had to chose just one, I’d say Figure.09. It describes my life so well, it’s almost scary…Listening to it has really helped me facing my problems instead of running away from them

The one LP song that describes me, my past, my present, and my future the most is “No Roads Left.” I am totally a perfectionist and struggle with it every day.

"Standing alone with no direction
How did I fall so far behind?
Why am I searching for perfection
Knowing it’s something I won’t find?

In my fear and flaws
I let myself down again"

and

"When did I lose my sense of purpose?
Can I regain what’s lost inside?
Why do I feel like I deserve this?
Why does my pain look like my pride?

In my fear and flaws
I let myself down again
All because
I let myself down
In my fear and flaws"

These verses hit the nail on the head with me.

BREAKING THE HABIT. NUMB. EASIER TO RUN.

Somewhere I Belong or Iridescent

Iridescent, it really does tell my life, everything ive been through year after year, and how I have to let it go. It gives me goosebumps when I hear it and makes me cry everytime I hear it. This is what I love about LP. Alot of their songs relate to me in some way or another.
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure’s all you’ve known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go

waiting for the end would be my song

Hit the floor

Part of me

Final masquerade

Cannot choose, but hose would definently compete very closely
