I received mine last month and it didn’t work from beginning…
My plugair don`t work too 
My plug air still doesnt work. Note4 or my Ipad. Anyone have any suggestions? Are they addressing the situation at all? Help
Not sure why it doesn’t work, still does in my phone. There’s nothing in it though, they haven’t updated it in years.
