Plug Air not working

Still not working for me even after the update and following all the instructions (i.e. turn off and on again).

I’ve emailed the company, I’m hoping they’ll send me a new one.

And if it’s not the company who made the products fault then whose is it as it’s clearly not a minority problem?

I have it working, just the application will not recognize it. I do not know what to do now at all…

Still not working for me. Had emails directly with Hiroshi at Beat Robo but he seems to have given up trying to help. He seemed to think the problem was my ‘special kind of IPhone’ which seemed odd to turn it round and blame Apple.

Maybe I should get in touch with Apple or should I just ask LPU for a partial refund for the broken product?
