Alright, Trinity. Book us for a room! Our names are Aaron (my son) and Todd Halvorson (me). We will be staying overnight on August 16 (check in then) and August 17 (day of Summit!). We will check out on Aug. 18 morning. As far as beds go, please get us the most inexpensive option for two separate beds. That is all. Please let us know via a post on this discussion board or via my son’s e-mail, which is ah6040@smsu.edu, that you have contacted the hotel about booking our room for those two nights. We will contact them back with our CC information then (not sure if it will be my son’s CC or my own). Thank you very much for coordinating this! So, what approx. would the total bill come to for two nights stay?
its 159 a night, you can look through, theres a couple posts on here, so its aboug $320, just search HYATT and will have most the information in a couple threads I created. I will add you for both nights, two double beds, and you can call and or email to give them your CC information under the LPU, linkin park underground or your names. Thanks

Thanks, gettting closer to all being covered. No problem, it is going to be worth it having all of us meet, and stay together, go over together and safer as Camden NJ is not the best place in the world lol, so will be good to have a group of LPU members and share in this experience.

Trinity, by the way, do you think we’re going to have a plan so all of us going to the Hyatt can meet up on the Summit Day to get to know each other? Will we have plans to meet at the ferry before the Summit? It would be kind of cool to get to know one another before we hit the Summit. My son and I didn’t get to know many LPU members last time. We met one gal and talked with her a ton. Awesome! But this time we’d like to make even more LPU friends!
Yes, we are going to set up a couple time slots to meet thursday at the entrance of the hyatt, and friday at the entrance of the hyatt, we plan on going on the ferry together at the same time to the summit and concert as well, and some of us can hang out thursday evening as well around the town, those of us that are of age etc. We will definitely meet up as a group and get to know each other, no worries there.

I think it was 169 a night or something like that, not looking at it right now, if you scroll through the thread I think I posted the final cost somewhere. Its possible, send me your name, what room you need, king or two doubles and for what nights and I will call jordana and see if I can get you added. As long as there are rooms available I think she will let me add you in.
