@coolcat96 It is ok over here, but the only thing that annoys me is that there are WAY too many k-pop fans here. I mean, donāt get me wrong. There are some metalheads here in Singapore. Check out Metallicaās Singapore Recap and the Master of Puppets in SG. But in my grade, there are like 2(?) out of over 300 who loves metal.

@evkorngdlpid wow then you need more metal and rock fan in where you live than. Lol. In where I live I hardly hear anyone listening to rock music or metal music. They mostly listen to pop, rap and hiphop. They be saying what the heck is rock music they donāt listen to that stuff.

I think we should be best friends lol. I alsways go around asking people what their favourite music genre is. Rap, pop, classical, hip hopā¦ we are so similar wow. @coolcat96

My sister always call the music that I listen to is cut cut. And I have no idea why.
@coolcat96 Many of my classmates look at me weirdly when I say that I listen to rock/metal music lol. My sister listens to classical music, so we are polar opposites.

I know I mentioned this before, but most people my age listen to Drake, The Weeknd etc but have no interest in rock at all. Iām not sure what it is about rock that people donāt like

@evkorngdlpid you donāt have to worry about your classmates not liking rock or metal because it is their lost.
@azimyehiya these days kids just like pop music these days. I donāt know whatās wrong with rock or metal music they might think it is old music who know.

I think they think that rock/metal music is satanic or will give them headaches (and the fact that school is not helping them) or that all rock/metal music are too āemoā. @coolcat96

Yes, Iāve experimented the same too, I showed the song to some friends and liked them! Maybe Linkin Park is in the right way getting more fans. This is a good notice.
Also, the LPU members who listened a new song in The Late Late Show saw that they like it so much, I hope a very good album

In reference to the discussion up a ways a bit, the reason lots of kids, in my experience, donāt listen to metal and rock isnāt because the guitars. They have one of three opinions about rock and metal:
1.) Itās music that is just for depressed kids that isnāt for them because they enjoy life
2.) Itās all just violent screaming and doesnāt sound like music
3.) They just donāt listen to music that often, and arenāt that into it. They still enjoy it, but donāt really want to search for new genres and spend a lot of time listening to it. That is the only opinion I have listed that I respect.
I would respect the second opinion if it were true. Iāve heard some of the best harmonies Iāve ever heard from metal songs, and I donāt even listen to that much metal.

Yeah, I know but let them think that, all I know is that we love metal and rock music and we will keep on loving it.
Cannot say no to that haha.
By the way, has any of you seen Chesters new hairstyle. I donāt mind some of his like during the Hunting Party era as it suits him but this doesnāt. This is just my opinion.
