Remember when Chester said the first time he listened to the album in its entirety it felt really special? I feel like even though Heavy is the core sound of the album, it’s still more of a ballad, and the rest still has lively guitars, just in a pop atmosphere. I noticed the guitars are alive towards the end of the song, just the electronic sounds and the vocals are a tad more noticeable. I think we might actually be judging the album a bit too soon, and hopefully it actually turns out to be a worthwhile listen.

According to the Internet Archive, Guilty All the Same was under a million views a week after the lyric video went up. Heavy currently has over 5 times more views in less than half of the time

Then their opinion still stands? I’m just saying I think in the context of the album it will make more sense, but opinions are still opinions. I don’t care if people don’t like the song, because I can still enjoy it if they don’t. Their opinion does nothing to me at the end of the day.

Yeah, why not?:joy: I really don’t know how many albums of THP were sold, but I don’t think LP got any certifications for it. So that basically means they didn’t even sell 500,000 copies in America, and that also means that THP only one album that failed to receive a certification. I couldn’t find any information about THP on RIAA website
So I would like to see LP getting a certification for One More Light. May be even for 10 million albums sold🙄

Mike confirms that this will be the “core sound” of the album. So yes they will basically sound like this. But Heavy had Kiiara on it and it doesn’t look like they’ve featured any other singer for the other songs. So that will make the others more unique :slight_smile:
