Ok big issue with all that did the HYATT HOTEL RESERVATIONS. READ ASAP

Im asking adam and still talking to him to find out if we take the ferry over at 930, if we will be good for check in, im sure check in will be from 9 to 10am but we dont want to be late. We can take the ferry back no problems after the summit and concert and that is the main time we need it, dont want to be walking around late night in camden NJ. From the Hyatt, I spoke with Jordana and we can just split a taxi ride there, thats pretty cheap and we can get there early and take the ferry back or they have a patco line that goes there but would have to walk a couple blocks. Walking in the morning is no big deal to me, but I will probably just grab a taxi with 2 others, if we do 3 per taxi from the hyatt it will only be a couple bux a person and we can take the ferry back, so shouldnt be a big deal and we can get there at 9am. I dont want to drive my car over and have to park, so taxi is probably the easiest and pretty cheap if we split it, then ferry back after summit and after concert both days.

Good Morning Michael:

You can take taxi’s to the Susquehanna or you could take the Patco Speedline it’s a train that goes from 8th & Market Street to Camden you would have to walk a few blocks.

Since I’m leaving before the concert, I can always drive a few of us over and we can split the cost of parking as well. Of course, those coming with me would need to take another means of transportation back, but it’s an idea?

Your not going to the concert??? Ahh, I think most at the hyatt are going to the summit and concert, but those that dont if you are going to drive super, go on ebay, they had parking passes at susquehanna on there for the event which would be nice to have rather then searching for sketchy parking lol ANd from reading the freaking parking is expensive as crap and hard to get. Here is a recommendation from a person who has been to many shows there.

. For everyone who drives there, you really should hop on the River Line and take that in and out of Camden. We get on in Riverton or Cinnaminson, and it’s a very quick ride right to SBC. If you’re coming from Philly, just park in Pennsauken and take the Line from there. It will save you parking money and a lot of headaches!

Yeah the cab idea works well for a way over there. I’d definitely rather be there right on time for the summit as the meet and greet looks like it may be first if the order of the summit events are chronological! And I’m sure no one wants to miss out on that!

Yeah im going to take a taxi from the hyatt, if we split it, its super cheap only a couple miles away and we can be there at 9am with no worries, no crazy parking and expensive parking then take the ferry back, so we can just meet up at the hyatt in the morning and get some cabs, no problems with that, should be easy they hyatt will help us with getting them.

Well, we called and got voicemails all day. Hope they call us back tomorrow to confirm our CC.

The meet and greet usually isn’t first. At the chicago summit it was towards the end after stage setup and soundcheck. Check-in took about an hour because ppl were coming in at all times. At the beginning they started the silent auction and selling raffle tickets. I’m cool with splitting a cab with people, as long as I get there I don’t care how it is. Any plans for the night before?

Yea, I’m hitting up the show in Bristow. Had to pay for two tickets to that and the summit (since I’m just the $25 membership). Another ticket to the concert would have broken my wallet.

As for driving, I think I’ll go with the cab so as long as I can keep my car over at the Hyatt after I check out. I’m just a little nervous about leaving the summit alone and going back by myself, though…

A couple others will probably be going back after, but the summit isnt real late, and just going to the ferry and back to the hyatt you will be good, we can make sure someone is with you, I know a couple people that are only going to the summit and staying just thursday night at the hyatt. Taxi is best, we can all share fares and get there in time. Meet and Greet is showing as first so its possible and adam said to get there by 9am with our group so we dont miss anything so I want to get there by 9am for sure to check in and not miss anything. YEAH I WANT TO GO TO BRISTOW SHOW but my ex is getting married and I have to go to that wedding, sucks but all good the summit and camden concert makes up for it for sure.

Yeah Todd call back tomorrow, you have 3 phone numbers to call, I think Ashley is out but Jordana and tracy should be in, let me know if you cant get in touch tomorrow and I wlll get in contact with them to call you. THANKS

We’re good to go! Jordana called us back this morning!

yep, she emailed me and everyone from the original list is covered, except for zach taylor. I am going to email him and tweet him lol, to see if he is going to show up at all, but were all good. If you were not on the original list and still need a room and did not call in to confirm, please email me and I will see if I can get you added. Thanks everyone, were good to go now, stress removed lol

I’m not staying for the show either. And I actually need a ride to the airport (25 min away). I am planning on taking Lady Liberty shuttle there, I’m just afraid they pick me up late and I will miss my flight (at 8:30)

EVERYONE - instead of the cab we could maybe book Lady Liberty shuttle. I heard they’re cheap and reliable (about $10 a person) and well it’s a van so everyone would go together.

IThis is trinity…but my other account lol, im going to go with taxis probably, but if the shuttle works out from the hyatt that is fine and I could do that, I just know the taxis are outside of the hyatt hotel, so it is probably the easiest to just jump in one of those, 3 per taxi, split the cost and be at the summit a 9am on time. Not sure how the shuttle works, but I know how the taxis work lol so probably sticking with that plan and ferry back over after concert. Yeah kirley and super could go back together, and I think there are a few others just going to the summit so you should be able to go back together on the ferry. AND IF YOUR REAL NICE MAYBE SUPER WILL GIVE YOU A RIDE LOL in his car.

Okay so I just bought my Megabus ticket. I’m leaving at 1:15 AM and arriving at the 30 St. Station in Philadelphia at 3:15 I could easily walk or take a quick train ride to the Penns Landing area. Hope you guys staying at the Hyatt don’t mind if I could meet up with you since I don’t want to be alone in one of the most dangerous cities in the country lol After the show the earliest bus back to NYC is at 2:40 AM! So I’ll probably stick around and hang with however wants to party after the concert and then make my way over to 30 St. Station. Probably won’t sleep for about 2 and half days haha

if you take the patco from penns landing, philly then you are safe, I wouldnt recommend handing around camden NJ at night, but take the ferry across after the concert and we will all be at the hotel, philly and penns landing is much safer and quiet, then camden, stay out of camden at night, and or alone.

Yeah I think I should avoid going to Camden by myself at night now. I’ll just go to Penns Landing and meet up with everyone so we can travel in groups and it will be safe.

SuperTongue, I’ll be joining you in going back to the hotel. I’m not going to the concert either since I’ll be at the Bristow show too!

Yeah so holden can meet us at Hyatt in the morning to eat and go over to the summit friday, and then theres a couple people going back to they hyatt after the summit not going to the concert that can go together to be safe, but I will be at the concert since I have a wedding today and have to MISS THE BRISTOW SHOW, but camden summit and concert makes up for it big time.

Ok so I’ll definitely meet up with you guys then in the morning then. I’m pretty sure the Summit and concert will really make up for it! lol
