What do you mean enough time between the summit and the show? I’ve been to the Camden one, that’s my only summit experience I have. xD

I love the Texas flag idea, I like the text ideas, especially the LPUXIII and the 11th international summit. 
ah I’m so excited. Are you able to front the cost of it, I can bring some money to the summit. Or if you wanna meet up somewhere before the show and pay for it then?

The only place I know that might do it is Bull Shirts, they advertise on the buzz a lot, here is their website https://www.bull-shirts.com

I found a website called http://www.buildasign.com/ They are based in Austin I think. I used their little customization thing and came up with something simple. I don’t quite know if bull shirts does flags or not. I went through and it looks like this idea will cost about 76 bucks but we’ll have to use a credit card, shouldn’t be a problem as long as we can pool money and give it to the person who pays for it.
Maybe a good start? Opinions? Suggestions?

I actually really, really like the first one! I love the lp logo on red! I think it would be simple enough so it won’t look crowed once everyone signs it. I like the idea of the Texas flag, but we would have to have two different colored sharpies, a black one for the white space and a white one so it would show up on the blue. I think you did a much better job than I did 
As far as size goes for buildasign.com the 3x5 is $76 and the 4x6 is just over $100. I think the 3x5 should be big enough. I will most likely be able to put it on one of my cards.
They also do the typical banner which is cheaper and it might be a better idea because it looks like they have little eyes that you can use to tie it on something. I’m glad there is someone else for me to bounce idea off of. Do you have an idea of what size it should be?

I wish we knew how many people were going to be there. I just don’t want to make it too small, cause ya know, everything is bigger in Texas That and I want there to be enough room for people to sign it. I think we should go with at least the 4x2.5, I think the 6x2.5 would look awesome.

Are you cool with trying to get this done at Staples? I think their pricing is pretty fair and we can pick a store and meet up there to finalize stuff. I went through the Staples online ordering process and they said “If your image resolution is lower than 300 PPI, your image may look jagged or grainy when printed. To achieve sufficient resolution for one of our photo upload products, you’ll need at least a 2 Megapixel camera set to the highest resolution (a 1600 x 1200 pixel setting is perfect).”
well no more than 200 so let’s aim for that XD and since it’s not sold out less than 200 but yeah who knows who’ll be there early in the morning (because i assume we’re getting it signed BEFORE we enter?
yeah the resolution is 300ppi the dimensions could be enlarged, i think if people could participate in choosing the flag or whatever i’d feel better that we’re going a right direction so far it’s just us haha
staples is fine but the material is what i’m most worried about, this vinyl material wouldn’t be too heavy right?

Both of those flag ideas look really cool! I wish I could help you guys I know getting all of this stuff together in time is really stressful.
I like both, but the Texas theme I think will help us stand out. I too think the vinyl may be a bit heavy but maybe it’s worth a try because of the cost? I could call bull shirts tomorrow and find out the cost if they were to print on flag. They offer a discount to buzz listeners I’ve heard.
That would be cool. I checked bull shirts website and didn’t see anything about flags but it should be the same printing process. If they can do it a little cheaper than the other sites that would be fabulous! And we could all meet up there and pool the money.

btw looking at the 1st design i think it would be better to word the date so instead of 09.05.2014 maybe September 5th, 2014 ?

I called bull prints and they told me it’s $12 dollars per square foot. WHOA!
