Some of you might have seen my tattoo on lp.com or instagram… but I enjoy sharing

My husband and i both got Linkin Park tattoos for our anniversary last year.

Here is mine… well here is the concept I came up with

Then, I wasn’t too happy with the lyrics I chose… I thought of what really meant a lot to me and then it came to me!!! My husband was so happy when I sent him this after I made it on the computer.

My avatar is how it looks on my shoulder blade =o)

I’ve gotten so many compliments on the orignality and have made so many friends comment and LP friends too. So happy to have such a great band be there like they have. I have been doing my best to live by the words embedded in my skin.

Here’s mine. The lyrics to ‘What I’ve Done’
I’ve been a fan of Linkin Park for at least 14 years and I’ve always wanted to get a tattoo to represent my love for them, but could never think of what to get. But then I went through some tough times and LP helped me out of that, so I decided to get a song of theirs. I had a hell of a time trying to pick a song though.

I got this about three weeks ago :slight_smile: The words ‘Non Timebo Mala’ around the side are from the show Supernatural (my second biggest obsession :P) which is latin and means ‘I will fear no evil’. For a long time, Linkin Park’s lyrics were the only thing that made me feel like I wasn’t alone, so I got this on my wrist, over my old self injury scars, as a reminder to myself to have hope because I’m not alone.

Sounds like a great idea! My advice for you is to make sure it’s what you really want. Remember that you’ll have that on you for life. It’s also very addicting. I got my first tattoo last year and I want more.

Yeah I’ve had the idea to get it done for a couple of years and now have finally decided to get it done(itll be my second tattoo)

I love my tattoo and the lyrics I chose! They have great songs and every single one means something different to me… But I wanted to pick words to describe where I am in my life and I was so happy with what i came up with. What’s great is that it’s almost poetic how I put the two songs together… And has such strong meaning to me… Words aren’t just words. They’re inspiration!

Paleta my husband got their jagged logo just the outline on his elbow! I can’t believe we still don’t have pics of our tattoos together!!! I’m gonna do that this weekend and post on here!

i don’t have any tattoos yet.
was planning on getting “never forget” done in some sort of ambigram.
right now i’m thinking about making it somehow lp-related (maybe adding the logo) because lp just means more and more to me.
i’ve just left a very hard time behind me and lp’s music helped me through it in so many ways, that now i feel the need to express my sincere appreciation.
