Hey guys, I’m probably getting my HTEP soon, and since there are so many fake ones it’s hard to tell. But what are the most common fake’s?

Well, there are quite a few… Woco can help you better than me but I can tell you the most common ones:

  1. Josepph Hahn spelling mistake on the backside
  2. With a discoloured booklet
  3. Discoloured Track Numbers (close to a dark yellow is fake) and the circle at the back (left in the upper corner) is different
  4. Joseph Hanh spelling mistake on the backside.

Maybe someone has some pictures, to be more graphic…

Hybrid Theory EP - Real or Fake?

If there is anything I could add just let me know. I also need a photo/scan of real and fake matrix code on a cd! I also need a Josepph spelling scan/photo. I know there was one on ebay recently but can’t find it :confused:

It’s not there due to my friend being too lazy to scan it :smiley: If You happen to have a good condition copy go ahead and scan it - use current website scans for a reference. Front, back, inside + cd front and back. Thanks! :slight_smile:

edit: And for the fake/real info You could scan the booklet and the back cover too! :slight_smile:
