Looks like a fake to me. Don’t know about anything like that And You have an answer to Your question=price haha 
And orange/yellow is a reissue as far as I know

Sorry to tell you this but me and Nick (nkramar) concluded this was a fake. Thats why I never bothered picking one myself. The seller has sold quite a few now over the past year. He’s also selling it under Private Auction which sometimes can be an indicator for a fake seller.
To tell you theres 1 date on that CD that doesn’t add up, which is for a concert actually. Besides that why would they make a promo CD that was for an album for Promotional Purposes of TRT?

Ah, god damn it, what a fucking mess.
I thought it was a quite perfect deal because it was from a private seller who got it from a german radio station and now sells it. Since he also has got 100% ebay-shit-evalutation, I trusted him.
So Woco, would you ever buy one of the CD’s ? I mean, I tried to figure out if it’s fake or not, but I couldn’t really see some mistakes on the photo…well…shit happen’s.
Would you mind, Woco, tell me the whole story about how to find out if it’s fake or not ? I’d like to send him an email after I received the disc, and tell him that I found out it’s fake and that I gonna evaluate him as worst as possible, maybe he’s gonna react on that.
that’s why I don’t buy stuff if I’m not 100% sure. Especially for THAT price Hope that You’ll get Your money back!

Of course I knew the booklet doesn’t look like the other ones I’ve seen before, but I like Curt already mentioned - there’s a lot of stuff, which isn’t cataloged. I just thought it was some kind of promo.

Normally Radiostations receive 1-2 copies at most, this guys had over 10 in the past year. An YES they have gone for about 30 Euro Each. 100% Seller Feedback doesn’ mean there clean, hell I’ve seen sellers who sell Fake EP’s with 100% feedback and they never get the boot -_-’
Well A year ago I contacted Nick about the Matter, we just started discussing it and basically it all elads to the date on the CD for there French concert. Also as stated earlier, the Album was already used for Promotion of TRT, and I think they were only made in USA Soil, so why would they make a Promo in Germany for something that was a for Promo to begin with?

He’s a pretty big asshole, referring to that, but I don’t get why people just do not message him or giving him bad notes. To not find out if something is fake or not is the one thing, but how about these obvious HTEP fakes, how can some people actually buy this stuff and not message these people, I don’t get this -.-

When I was a noobie collector I’ve had a few cases. Ranging from a Reanimation Germany Acetate (Which ended up peeling in a few weeks after I got it btw) But I never really realized til it was too late. Best bet would be try to reason with the guy, and tell him ur not interested in the item any longer and would just like to cancel the transaction.

I’ve had instances where I actually messaged people on eBay, they either:
A) Never cared to answer back.
B) Thought of me as some asshole that doesn’t know about this stuff.
I been trying my best to get as much fake stuff out of eBay but it rarely works -_-’
They do send stuff out from time to time, but its not made in so many qty’s (like the WFTE Non Rap Version, Which i have only ever seen one). As i said earlier, I don’t think they would send 1 Radio station so many. Unless he is in the Record Store business, which would be WAY more understandable, as usually DJ’s dump Promo CDs there xD

Well I think it’s too late for that, I already transferred the money.
So I think, I gotta do it via ebay, by saying it’s not like he described it.
However…I hope this won’t happen again and I maybe will find a real copy some day.
