Yeah, its a legit Promo CD. I would say no more than $10 and u’d be good, its a fairly common Promo CD.
And Wiiesel:
It is the Same catalog # as the regular Special Edition. This is a misprint that was done when the SE was released. I don’t think there were too many manufactured like that. Though IMHO I think it looks better than the one you normally get
