Catalog #, they both come in the big Jewel Cases, besides that no major differences, I’m pretty sure the matrix are different also.

Probably Amazon, but the USA one, they pop up on eBay from time to time, Given Up (Germany 2 Track) like $25, Bleed It Out (Australia 3 Track) $40 and New Divide last one went for like $15 on eBay.

Don’t worry, you can get those cd’s cheaper from prices Woco posted. You just have to wait and check ebay or other internet stores.
