ASCAP is not the only collecting society in the US, there are also BMI and SESAC. LP songs are registered under BMI in the US, and apparently registered under SACEM in France

It shows the names of bidders for a second or two before putting ‘private listing’ on their names… i took a quick picture. Well usually when its like something thats gone go high, i think there has to be shill bidding goin on, I mean its pretty fishy someone bids $235 at once, unless its uuber rare. Which its not…
You can avoid paying it, just don’t pay xD. eBay gives u 3 strikes, so its pretty much 95% always in favor of the bidder not the seller.
