Hey guys, I guess im here to say im pretty much out of the game now - I just picked up this beauty and ill be pumping my money into it in time for a few shows next year:


Its a 95’ Golf MK3 8V GTI - got it for a sound £285 with 84k on the clock - best find ever, thing is worth over £1500, needs a few bits to make it right and then upgrades ;). Couple that with the fact im working on a Escort MK4 RS Turbo rebuild as well (which really is ground up, balls out rebuild) - funds are not going to be making there way to my collection :frowning:

Anyway I will still pick up items here and there when they are going real cheap but nothing as big as I used too - unless its a Meteora vinyl :stuck_out_tongue: Hopefully within the year I may have more funds but meh, see how it goes!! Been a fun ride though - so thank you all and see you in the next LPU thread :wink:

weird to say that actually i’m starting to save money too, got a house to built (eep). but i prolly will still go for low price items. so yeah, to those who still owes me, a trade would be very much accepted at this point lol

it’s true aging changes priorities, I collected back in 2005 and 2006 then stopped, but now I’m back into it.

Yeah, ill probably only be able to continue at this rate for a few more months. University next year, students loans are going to be $6500 a year -.- for 3 years! Plus all the other things i will need to pay for like cars and ensurance, etc. I hope i never get to the point where I need to sell. It wouldn’t be worth it for me, id probably want to get back into it when I gain spare money.

hey guys. any idea why are the Given Up. Leave Out All the Rest and Bleed It Out CDs single so pricey? comparing to the other singles I bought lately, it’s a huge difference.

I’ve got a few MiniDV’s now, some of them have other artists, but hell the format is extinct so I think its a great buy.

BTW If people have missed it I HAVE DOUBLES up for sale, HERE is the blog. If anything interests you, contact me, I want to find these items a better home ASAP.

You gotta be quick on stuff like this, I mean there out there to make $. Us bidders are out there to get a bargain most of the time…which in the end, end up in bidding wars, of course a little pep talk here and there can get you a long way. If they can get a decent amount on the spot why not take the risk?

Of course I’m one of the very few collectors that thinks this way, its simple supply and demand also :wink:

Hey guys-

are any of you collector’s of Mike’s shoes? Do you have any you strictly won’t be wearing but only have for display?

Cause I just got my Xanders and even the Suru Xander that my friend had ordered as gifts as they came out, but they’re all size 10 =_____________= I need the smallest size, which I believe is the 8.5. They are new, so they will literally be an even trade.

If you only have used and are willing to sell them, I might even consider that…
