take a big hug - you’re just so very strong to share this dear, I hope you can see and feel this - and pain is one of the most draining feelings that I can imagine- so just be sure: everything you do right now is ok- no shame for nothing and I send you so much strength… kick your demons ass- you are wonderful- think of this lil missy that was so thankful that she was with you the last days- that was a pure feedback of what you’re able too- and that’s awesome
