(@turners34 - taking medication does help, but I understand why you don’t, those things can just marmalise your brain! @theearlywalker mentioned mediTation like breathing skills and stuff which you can find on youtube, or you could google ‘sleep hygiene’ which is basically all about routines and stuff.
