Gift ( hating my insomnia I woke up at 4 am and I can’t go back to sleep since I have to get ready for school soon but well @theearlywalker and you )

Torture ( :hugs: that’s absolutely cruel, I had a bad insomnia too- I kinda cured it with an absolutely strict sleeping schedule… means I started to go to bed exactly at the same time each day, in my case it was 11am. I layed down and just layed there and sometimes I reached out to sleep and other times I just was awake but still lying there and relaxing. Cuz the body just recharge already if you just ly and relax. You can try this- and maybe some kind of tea like camomile. And try to not think in circles thoughts like: wtf- I cannot sleep -but have to go up-wtf… but: it’s ok- I am lying here - my body just relaxes- it’s all ok how it is, I just need to relax a bit… going on like this- sooner or later- you get in a state of meditation with it, that is almost like sleeping- soft music can force this :+1:t2::star2::crescent_moon: @turners34)
