Nike are overpriced. I tend to wear more rugged shoes for the same price because they last, I usually outgrow them before they have any signs of use. Also in terms of trainers, I like the Speedo Hydro comfort range, I’ve owned both the 3.0 and 4.0. I only have a couple of complaints, the soles wear out a little too quickly in the areas where your foot makes the most contact with the ground (the big toe and back of the heel in my case). Also they are lethal if you step on wet metal.

I tend to go for cheap £30 trainers. They’re still comfortable, but £120 and above for the same sort of thing is idiotic.
