I had known it was Prometheus even tho I’ve never seen the movie. Just very identifiable. Didn’t want to go next tho. You got me interested with this mention of a meme. I consider myself to be well versed in memes but know of none from this scene or movie in general. Could you enlighten me?

The meme is the Prometheus school of running away from things. Cinemasins on youtube started it from what I know. It basically mocks the way they were running in the same direction as the rolling ship as opposed to just running away sideways.

Hmmmmmmm, hadn’t heard of that one. Seems like a older and more niche meme tho. That definitely makes he angry in movies tho when they run super far in the same direction as a falling object rather than running a fraction of the distance perpendicular to it :joy:
