Dude i am aussie born. Spoken english my whole life and i still get mixed up. Ill know its the wrong word because it doesn’t sound right, but it takes me a whike to figure out its in the wrong tense. Haha dont know if thats my dumb streak or if its my PTSD lol people with PTSD speak like they are in the past or future and mix them up all the time…so yeah tenses destroy me
