Sales are very slow 
Can she send it out to a few sources? Maybe they pick it up 
or maybe share with organization leaders whose members might benefit from reading it?

Even selling book in your country is that hard 
maybe she can spread the words doing some lives in IG, FB or something like that and you could help her too.
Ive advertized it on FB and on here to drum up some interest, but with family work and other shit
I cant do much more
