Ok. Yesterday I had the first physiotherapy session. He cracked some rips into place and tortured my shoulder blade some more.
Stayed through the night with a heated bottle.
And today everything did hurt just more.
Second session and he put some sucking machinery on the shoulder and it did get better.
But now in the middle of the f*** night …

It’s called here Krankengymnastik.
