I’m at a point, where I want time for me. And the shepherding rules are way to hard, in my seeing. We live in a country with minimum wages … that should count for everyone.
But I shouldn’t complain, I get more than most, couse I’m also better then most.
It’s not the fairytale I live in.

Yeah definitely, my weekend work is work I do by myself without my boss being a middle man so I charge directly and therefore earn more 
Yeah I can understand needing more time for yourself… at young age you’re like meh ok but then later on that recovery, abd ecen just mental relaxation is necessary
