A: As much as I enjoy reading, here on the forums I don’t really feel like reading every single post… I scan through the posts that trigger my interest and if I’m not triggered I just skip most posts and just reply to the last post of the thread.
Q: Ok. So imagine this; You had an appointment with a group of people and one of them doesn’t show up. He calls someone else in the group who is there with you, to ask if they want to hang out. But he doesn’t call you or whatever to explain why he isn’t there with you. After days and days he still doesn’t give an explanation why he didn’t show up. And when he does, he comes with the excuse that he “had an accident and couldn’t come”. Would you ever bother to make a new appointment with someone like that again? Regardles whether his presence is kind of needed for the group?

A: I guess so, I always prefer to just talk things through. Right now I’m dealing with a group of people who don’t really do that, which is frustrating,… I feel like a nagging grandma with them, while they are older. Oh well…
